EXAMPLES OF PROJECTS -

AMC HOTEL KEYCARD SYSTEM INTERFACE for PARKING is the integration of a parking system to a hotel front desk system. When the room key is created, the key can also be encoded to allow the same key to be used for parking. This on-line system may be modified for use with many types of room keys.

ELECTRONIC BILLING & INVOICING SYSTEM - This system allows the operator to issue invoices for monthly parkers and receive payments on their accounts from paytoll deduction or any other payment source. Customers are invoiced based on selected package codes and their associated fee. System may be used to create new credentials, create new customers, add or modify patron information and to add or modify vehicle information.

WEB CUSTOMER STATUS DISPLAY is Web Integration of your system to allow a customer to lookup their current balance and recent activity on-line.

EVENT CARDS FOR PARKING allows you to create parking passes for your parking facility that are only good for a specified time frame. These can be used for weddings, conventions, concerts, etc.

MONITOR TICKET ACTIVITY PROGRAM is used to monitor ticket activity from the lane devices to display all associated information from the transactions, in near real time.

CREDIT CARD INTERFACE is a cost effective interface to process batch credit card information from your system. It utilizes an interface to IC Verify credit card processing software which is supported by most of the major credit card clearing houses.

AMC HOTEL KEYCARD INFORMATION SYSTEM - for hotels that do not desire a full on-line system. A separate workstation is setup. Whenever a guest will be parking, the Guest Services Agent creates the room key using normal procedures. Then at the HRPAS workstation, key in the room number, select the checkout date and number of keys, click a button, and slide the room key into the machine. In about a minute the Guest Services Agent has created room keys that will allow the guest into parking and the parking system is informed of the new parker.
